This is a huge task you are up for .
But I am satisfied that it is comming up ,we will encourage you the best we can .
My suggestion is the Irish whiskey Midleton very rare , a real collectors item. The first edition came out 1984 and is still coming every year . Another brand with many variant is Loch Lomond
